How Do You Think Fast and Slow?

The four predominant learning styles would be visual, auditory, listening to something, enaesthetic, actually doing something. And then digital, which would be kind of like having a check list of things to do, or even using the words themselves. We have strength in one or more style than the others that also means we have weaknesses in them. So most of the people that really get involved in fitness and sports tend to be cenaesthenic learners over all because wen they want to use their body for something.
