Asking Questions Can Be Really Powerful in Interviews
"Every time I do interview, I just ask a lot of questions," she says. "If you can do anything to make the person interviewing you feel more comfortable by like asking questions and then they can tell something ... that's super helpful" You should know your company's culture as much as possible before going on an interview,. She adds: prepare yourself for the part, but really own the part.
