Is the Knowledge in Our Heads Increasing?

I think the point is not clearly made in the paper. My main claim and claim against what the author's are claiming is that knowledge is actually being continually renewed as becoming fewer or theories are becoming more fewer, more general. And second can also be augmented. So with continued innovation and information technology, human computer interaction, and so on, we can actually use much more knowledge than before. I think these dynamics are very interesting and hard to understand.
