The Connectivity of Bath Projects

The customer is that single connective tissue to really drive the connectivity of all the different products at Home Depot. And I hate to keep saying the customer over and over again, but it truly is we offer the ability to identify a person who is in a bath project. We established an interconnected retail strategy in our company, gosh, well before my time, and I've been there for 10 years. So that was very intentional. How do you connect the online and mobile experience to the store? We didn't want those two things to compete. We wanted them to be complimentary and be brothers in providing a great customer experience.
