The U.S. has an obligation to the rest of the world to provide an enormous amount of dollars so I agree with that observation that the deficit that the United States produces on a yearly basis mostly has to do with that dynamic right. The rest of theworld needs dollars in order to get trade the only way they can really accumulate dollars in a reliable ways which means we have to run a deficit. So if you almost apply the analogy of resource curse, there's a small industry which honestly largely has been kind of finance right which exports dollars, but then what that has resulted in is us. It's hurt the rest of our economy are kind of core manufacturing parts of the US economy.
