Self Care Is Not Selfish
I appreciate your vulnerability in sharing the recognition that we are all continually evolving and that we all have growth edges. It reminds me of a piece of advice that i received around meditation, but i thinki in this way, it can really apply to exercise, or self care, or any number of practices that allow us to step back, be objective, recover. Lov what's necessary to put ourselves in a position to succeed the next day is that we prioritize these activities and we treat them as if they were the most important. I've certainly gotten better at that as i've gotten older and as my view of what it means to perform has expanded.
