I Need to Be Something in Order to Be Loved

A lot of these things that drive us are unachievable because perhaps in our upbringing, and this isn't to, you know, blame anyone or anything like that. We might pick up this idea that we have to be something in order to be loved or that we aren't worthy of love as we are. That can be a driving force and it can look on the exterior as very successful. A lot of people that are driven by that living, seemingly great life. But it never is enough. You'll never reach a point of real satisfaction because like you said, it's an unattainable goal. Really is.
