I grow them for the colour. Like Susie Zedd is beautiful, raspberry flake because I love all the flaky ones with the veining. And I get really long stem lengths from that too. There's a design in my book that is just with jam jars but it makes an entire window sill,. Looks like a garden's growing out of the window. That's using lots of short sweet peas in just glass jars. But then I also use the, well, snip, like half the vine and use that as a design and have it crawl up and around in installation work.
