Is It a Reflex in Question Why It Happens With Galileo and Not With Aristotle

Aristotle would have hated the idea that ignore conceptual questions. Galileo is also philosophizing, especially in the dialogues on two world systems so he's doing you know he's kind of hedging his bets. Newton too hedged his bets as we know from looking at his private papers but in the Principio when he said it all out he just left all of that stuff out and just presented the the empirical case with this as I call it the shallow explanation.
