How to Talk to Your Child About Grief
Keep in mind that grief is uneven. Some days, when you think you've gotten past the pain, it may hit your child again. Leave daily space to acknowledge feelings, including your own. And don't be afraid to share your emotions. It can be really helpful for children to see that you're managing your own difficult feelings.
