How to Be in a Flow State When Making Decisions
Being in a flow state is very different for everybody. One of the things that really helped me last year has been getting a trainer. It's good to have tangible goals outside of the stock market because you can trade and not get paid. This also pushes traders to place irresponsible reckless trades.
