When the Most Serious Work Needs to Happen, Is There Any Kind of Life Line Like That?

When the most serious work i have to do, there can't be anything really, but music. Like a band called seger ros is one of my main riding sound tracks. So that's essentially just almost background ambuent type music. Um, so that's kind of the trigger. But i would honestly, i probably need more defined stuff for when that's not working. I won't fight it, i'll just quit and put it down for an hour or two,. Then i'll naturally come back to it when when i'm ready.
