Hospitals across the street, and there are literally hospitals across the cot from the hospital that you work at, they might have a different culture. So has that problem been approached? What dill we do about local variation and care? It'sa, it's a tricky thing. I think the what argument could be, take it, rather than ignore, and take advantage of your local variation. And synthesizing tha would be very hard to do in imanual way. But having some talked down attention to understand what we're doing is key.
