How to Make a Telescope in Radio Waves?

The telescope is looking for radio waves, but not visible light. It's made out of metal that can be manipulated to reflect radio waves. The electrons inside the conductor respond to electromagnetic waves and basically repel it. That's why you can't get a telphone signal in an elevator on your own.
