How to Better Collaborate With Design Colleagues

The biggest thing to the biggest thing in that I think designers might be looking for is like understanding the the business case a bit better. Product listeners who don't have a design background per se do you have any advice or tips on how they can better collaborate partner with or even be inspired from from design colleagues? If there is a way for product colleagues to get get that information to design colleagues in a better way that is probably the best thing that's going to make both sides work together in a more cohesive manner. nice I really appreciate how you know when you talk through some of these examples you've been able to seamlessly switch it kind of where two different hats are worn.
