The Donuts Are Hot, I Said.
Most of our baking happened pretty early each morning. By this point in the day, unless we had a special order, we didn't have much left to do. It's when I could experiment a bit. Most recipes I was working on and bake with no sense of urgency. We make excellent hot chocolate and it didn't come from a pouch of powder and some scalding water either.
