When there's a stressful time, I will just try to enable my way out of it. And oftentimes they don't need my enablement. They might need some galvanizing. Bo: You would think, oh, maybe enablement is kind of always a good thing to have in crisis. But Tracy, you would say, no, that's not always what's most needed around me.
