Germany is set to declare the 1930s starvations of millions in Ukraine under Stalin as a genocide. This is according to a draft text of MPs who are set to approve the resolution, adopting some language that have been used in Kyiv. Germany has roused this anger against Russia for many decades now and is trying to bring these two things together.
