Sean: "I don't have any goals. I've learned over time that you can't look at your weekly attendance as a determining factor, whether or not you're successful" He says there's ways to measure how to change culture but it's felt. Sean: "If you're just measuring, if you're not doing anything, just measuring attendance is a great start."
