Memerozadi, the great theologian, mystic philosopher, he talks about that there therare sort of three fast its to that. One is what you've called cognitive, but he calls it knowledge,. The second is a had which is a spiritual state and the third is action. So, true grat tude has knowledge of your undeserving natured than that you are filled with a state of gratitude. But the third is that you act upon that. That's either by thanking and showing gratitude with the tongue, or, more importantly, with the limbs.
