The Tennessee Statute of Doctors
Tennessee law prohibits any health care provider from providing gender affirming care, including prescribing hormones or puberty blockers. State AG can bring an action to enjoin any person who violates the law. One of my very close cousins and his wife are doctors and they just did their residence in Vanderbilt and they said, yeah, we're out. They left. Not specifically because of this statute, but it's not a good environment for medical providers,. You're not going to attract retain top medical talent.
