Is My Arms So Big That I Can't Carry a Football?

Andi's friend got him to agree to four weeks or six weeks of upper body training. His starting fiver at max bench press was like two 75, which is a good number for someone who doesn't bench press. He'd put a solid inch and a half on his arms. And as soon as he finished the last rep of close grip, he racked it. Then he didn't do any upper body work the rest of the summer in an attempt to trim his arms down enough to carry football. To the best of my knowledge, i never did any upperBody work again.
