How to Stop Hating Yourself
Last year I stopped hating myself. You know, it just kind of all came together and I was like, I'm actually not going to speak badly to myself anymore. Life is too short and I'm done with that portion of my life. Getting in a routine every day has transformed my mental health and I feel so much better. It's hard to get going but for me to see the results, I am just 1 million percent calmer my anxiety is way better when I get in a routine. And you know, creative it, almost like that is the only structured thing in my life.
