Is Your Niche Audience a Cycling Brand?
The brand has gone beyond the outdoor biking niche into outdoor everything, right? Yeah, for sure. It's interesting too, because you start in a fairly niche audience. And that was one of the lessons I learned early on is like, if you try to sell to everyone, you sell to no one,. So by staying super niche, it is a quite large audience. Sure, it's not billions of people and it's not everyone in Canada.
