Are We Making It More Transparent or Powerful?

i'm just seeing a huge disconnect. Most of their revenue comes from tech recruiters who are paying linked in for access to more information about the kind of people they want to hire. What happens when we build very specific, small circles of people and small circles of employers so that we can make a match that matters?
