You can create a system for your health, right? You're going to work out seven days a week and meditate and, and do yoga. And well-being that you can implement a system to ensure that you have high energy and that you're, you get great sleep and are highly balanced,. That is a first-order system that you can absolutely control. But you have to understand that even the things that you don't control can really affect you. Right. Without putting some sort of order to that or framework to that, it's truth now because it is absolute truth.
