Do You Use More Carbohydrate When Training in the Heat?

There is some evidence that we use more carbohydrate when training in the heat compared to moderate temperatures. All our best atlas have all their own nutritionists from the Olympic Federation who working on that minimal individual basis and it's very often based on getting in more carbs. We get into rhythm to get the right food, the right amount of food and of calories and of calories from carbs so we really pay attention to it.
