The History of the Stress Tests

Bloomberg Wall Street reporter Shinali Basik joins Tom Busby to talk about the nation's banks. He says stress tests were set up as a way for bank regulators to test the health of the financial system. But this year has been an interesting one, because three major banks in the U.S. failed and ended up failing for reasons that were much different than what was in the stress test themselves.
