How Do We Destroy These People?

The question I would want answered right off the top of my head is how do we defeat these people with an absolute minimum of violence or bloodshed? Great question. How can we do it? Because what bothers me most about all this stuff is, as I've said many times before, these people only understand one language. And they're not going to quit until that language is spoken to them.
