We talked a little bit about provoked a fib the provoked a fib and Matt you correct me if I'm wrong but it's basically the patient has sort of failed a stress test which is not probably the right way to say it. The longer the more time someone spends in a fib the higher their stroke risk for instance. We also discussed how wearables will really be game changing going down the line so we might actually start to develop some sense of how often patients need to take medication. And then finally Paul what do you think just so up the left atrial appendage we were we were right about that rightYeah for everyone it's I think regardless yeah for everyone he said this deserves a trial
