The Miracle Morning

I like to do something every day whether it's a high intensity workout a ballet workout or stretch ab work. Sit down drink a glass of water and I have to sit down and drink it because if I get a glass ofWater you take one sip put it down go and do something else I'll never come back to it. Take my daily vitamin pill have a cup of coffee. Five minute meditation sometimes I'll just sit in the chair and let the mind wander sometimes I'll concentrate on breathing sometimes I listen to a guided meditation. Do my daily affirmations personal development reading basically that's it then probably get on to some exercise.
