Are You on Target?
On target means to be in line with your budgets or projections. The company is on target to make a good profit by the end of the year. The government is on targets to reduce the deficit, whatever it might be. Bein on target means your heading in the right direction and you should be able to achieve those gos that you have set yourself. Now something might happen that might knock you off target, like the caronavaris crisis, or some other problem. But at the moment, you're on target, meaning you're heading in theright direction.
