The Archbishop's Argument for Fireing a Catholic Teacher
Teacher Sue Fusten says she was fired from a Catholic school in Decatur, Indiana. She had been married to another woman for more than 30 years and asked if her marriage would be an issue during the hiring process. The Indianapolis Archdiocese demanded that both schools fire teachers who were in a so-called same-sex marriage with each other. At the heart of the opposite decisions made by Brabuff Prep and Cathedral High is who runs and funds the schools. It's really the fault of the neglectful parent for letting the misbehavior go on for so long.
