Mentoring programmes like im entering programme, help to get you out of habits that may not be intentional. I think pushing people and making connections with somebody that i probably wouldn't have had the opportunity to come across because they sit in a different office. It almost forces you, in a way, am to make a connection with another individual. And then it allows you to share your story, so you get a different perspective.
