The Flywheel Versus the Funnel

Marketing in the traditional funnel sense has been a sequential problem, which is, hey, I go do a set of activities early in the middle of the funnel. The flywheel approach says that balance the boat a little bit more and spend more on expansion marketing to help you cross sell from a growth marketing perspective. So those are aspects that we have consciously invested in. And then of course, there's advocacy marketing and stuff that completes the funnel.
