I think you would love this as like a daily practice of just how to start thinking differently and pushing herself in different ways. And I dig that there's a lot. A huge portion of my readership is actually like retired or older people that have the time finally that they're like looking around and like they have the time to fill. So it's been very interesting for me to interact with my older readers.
