The Evil Ghosts of Irma

In the first like pages of the book, Rita says that on the job, she's discovered how evil people are. And even the ghost who is tormenting her Irma was involved in the drug trade and probably did some really bad things. From a Dene perspective, anything that is in that other realm is considered evil, right? And you're supposed to stay away from it. But here, what's causing all of this, it's not,. it's not the other side that's causing this. It's human, it's people doing really terrible things and then dying but still just being shitasses.
