The word of god is the only thing that can change things. You are not strong enough to fight the enemy by yourself. We starve our flesh with fast. We fill our spirit with prayer. This is why, when god asks me to randomly do more than a 21 day fast or in the middle of the year, fast two days. Or there are people who god's going to ask you to fast once a day for for once a monthfor all year. It doesn't mean you don't get tempted.
