Dr. Zach Busch: Our pain is a gift because it's what allows our nervous system to do the kind of communication that's necessary for the body to repair itself. He says when you have negative thoughts about things in your life that's holding you back, you don't have to force yourself to feel positive about it. "If I no longer need the positive, what happens? The negative ceases to have that same weight," he asks.
