We have a segment, or we say someone who subscribed on this date and open these emales. Send them a re engagement email first. So you should send one, because you still get a few people back. And then lhat's the main one, i would say. And then we have one for what we call bold inactive, so people who drop off. That's a more common one. We have it at around forty,. i would say, so round two months wor of email. If they haven't opened in the last two months, send them a reengagementa as usual. And then, similar stylehe if they haven't, just ah teyled them.
