The President's Suspension of the Constitution Is a Good Thing

The president can make emergency decisions in terms of the military. The challenge is when do we determine that we are in active conflict with people who seek to destroy us? If foreign nationals invaded the u.s and started committing acts of terror we would give them certain rights like international war rights but for the most part you're at war crazy stuff happens.
