Is There a Thread in Your Leadership?

Carlos Allen: I seem to have an ability to make people no matter what they believe about a certain point of view, whether they agree with me or don't agree with me, feel like they're my friend. And it's always been a common thread of for some reason. Andy actually told me that when he was at North Point, he said, Carlos, you're not a great singer. That's not why you're one of our better worship leaders. He didn't say that. But now even farther down the line, I do feel like there is a common thread in my leadershipthat I can go back to his worship leading days and blogging days.
