Matt: It took me a long time to feel comfortable with the idea of being profitable. That it's charging more money than you absolutely require. I realized after years of not being profitable and just scraping by was that that is untenable. You have to make more money than it costs you to do the work. And then you can ask for more money if you're freelancing.
