The six thinking hats are really useful for the creative process. David d edwards has a whole section in here that we didn't deal with, and i want too,. Chapter five, it's how to create ideas. It's techniques, yes? And this is where he gives the closest to a structure. He gives a five part structure. Define the problem but do it well. Ideate many solutions. Incubate, rest and relax. That's what i learn in my 20 from that book. But the brain storming is better than good ideas at early stage. Early stage keeps chaos going because judge by craziness not reality. Got a little bit of black hat in there
