Private Label
Private label reflects mainly bargaining power of the rtailer over the customer, and their ability to block out the customer from interacting much with the a brands. So it happens in societies in which the relationship between customer and retailer is stronger than the relationship with the brand and the customer. In some cases, thereare brands with ore over all appeal that can reach a a greater group. But having a lot of appeal across abroad group of customers isn't necessarily as helpful as having more appeal with a smaller group.
