How to Get Your Founders to Accept That You Have a Burnout Issue
Every founder knows this is an issue for themselves, right? And so it's actually not very hard for them to acknowledge it to me in a coaching context. Taking care of your physical body, exercise, taking care of your mental and emotional well-being can have huge positive impacts. Having some fun in your life, spending time with the people that you love and not be focused on work during that time. Occasionally, actually taking a few days off, right, getting massages, going for a hike, getting outside. These are all things that can be integrated into a way of designing your life that don't overwhelm your time or make you less effective as a CEO.
