How Did You Get Diagnosed With an Eating Disorder?
i was diagnosed at 12 with anarexia, the eating disorder. In my twenties, m i lived in new york city, and i was diagnosed with generalized anxiety Disorder. I was later diagnosed with major depressive disorder. And then finally, in my forties, i received a diagnosis of by polar disorder. At that point, i was really in crisis, and i had been suicidal and had been. I couldn't live independently. So when i started to embark on this very five-and-a-half year research into what's being told me, i threw myself into it.
