How to Grow Your Career in the Engineering Industry

The Simpson has so many positions too. I think as a structural engineering industry, it's pretty typical when you go to different types of firms in the private design industry. Not everybody wants to be the CEO or whatnot. Maybe that position doesn't exist. So maybe someone doesn't want to be the design person. Maybe they could make a new role such as QC person or a trainer or something like that. There's room. You know, again, any industry we're progressing. And we can't just stay stuck with the same roles and positions that we've had for the last 50 years. Like things are changing, you know, and we have to change with them.
