Is There a Danger of Leaving the Most Important People Behind?
As we start to do this customer experience, all the way through the buying journey, there's lots of different stakeholders. We talk often about making sure that these stakeholders are involved. And so what I'm wondering is, how can we better understand the danger of leaving these people behind? If you leave some of these very important people behind, how do you think that affects when they're trying to get it signed? They're trying to make the project happen and for some reason, someone just keeps blocking it. It's because they've not been listened to.
