Do Loops Matter for Gene Expression?
In my mind there's no question that structure matters for function. It's just a matter of how nuanced and how complex it really is. There were also features that came up from imaging studies that we are yet to acknowledge by some of the sequencing methods. Or one very interesting result is that you can have very similar maps from IC maps from cells that have very different volumes. And so what does it mean in terms of distance and so on? I think also in this area there's some work to be done, right?
